Our unit requires not only the elevator but also opening two doors and crossing an outdoor bridge to get to it. This should have been more clearly outlined before we booked.

reserving online was very easy. when we came to get access, we realized we needed a larger unit and the associate at the desk helped us get that switched and settled effectively and quickly. accessing the building is really easy and made very convenient yet secure with the app. i definitely will be recommending this facility to friends and be a returning customer should the need arise

This facility checks all the boxes. Secure gates, secure elevators, even a loading and unloading bay indoors for less back and forth! I also love that the app works via proximity so I can gain access with my code without having to remember it! Five stars all around.

You have to go during office hours if you want a cart because they lock them up, which is annoying. Elevator security is a bit confusing if you don't push the floor button right away, it will make you enter your code outside the elevator again. Nice to have bathrooms.

We had a 1pm appointment and waited nearly 25 minutes until someone returned to the office. Could not get ahold of any real person by phone. The app does not work thus far. Must punch in code every single time. So we roughly had to punch in the code 6-8 times for one drop off.

I figured when I got my storage unit at such a reduced price it would be located right smack in the middle of storage maze hell. This was certainly NOT the case. My unit i got at half the price of other locations was directly off the elevator, but not so close i had to deal with traffic. PERFECT!

The hours to access storage units aren't enough. 24 hour access should be what is allowed, or atleast till 12am.

Only issue with this place is the elevator doors close on a short delay and can be problematic when trying to get the cart in. The other issue is the parking lot is poorly designed where if there's cars parked then you can pull into the closest loading bay if you have a trailer.

Easy reservation and check in. Can all be accomplished without ever coming to the office. I called with questions and they were super helpful. My storage locker is on the second floor and in a non-climate controlled area. That works for me but be careful what unit you select.

I had the email confirmation but not the entry access which they should have sent me. So signing in at the front desk did not go smoothly. Had a lot of trouble figuring out where to go and how to access everything. Unit is on the top floor with an open roof; didn’t like that.

Convenient, clean, well-lighted and secure space for summer storage. Friendly staff. Would have appreciated knowing about the insurance requirement and having to purchase their lock ahead of time. Check if your homeowners insurance covers storage facilities. Fortunately mine does. Staff member was helpful in resolving the insurance issue.

Easy in / out. Nice friendly staff. Wish I would have known I had a locker space on top. I would had preferred a bottom space due to physical handicap. But I am limited to how much I can exert at a time so we left after unloading the truck. But the staff and facility were very clean, polite and a great value.

They lost my online storage price and price went up .but the manger Ryan came through and found a storage unit and he did what he could do to make it the same price. Took a few minutes longer but I left completely satisfied and with the price I was quoted on line .thanks for the great service.

I can not remember the young lady name that signed me up but her customer service skills are outstanding. Not only did she make me feel special but she explained everything in total easy to understand language. She took me to my unit and by the time I left I felt I had made the right decision. I had gone to another public storage and it was the worst experience ever. The only reason I came back and tried another public storage was a friend said I should try this one. He was not only right but again this young lady stands for AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have since then refereed 3 of my friends which all signed up and told me that young lady KNOWS HER STUFF. Kudos to you for hiring her. Its was a hotter than hell day when i went and her first concern was did I need a drink of water. I could have kissed her right then and there but then that would have been totally creepy lol
